Registration Information

Early bird conference fees: 4th March - 30th April 2010
Standard conference fees: 1st May - 1st June 2010

The conference fee includes two coffee breaks and lunch for the three days of the conference (7-9 July) as well as a welcome reception at the Paris Town Hall (6 July, please note that you need to present an ID (passport, ID card) to access to the City Hall building).


The conference dinner will take place on Thursday July 8th on the Seine river on a cruise Boat. The conference dinner is optional and will cost an extra 20 euros to be paid with the conference fee. Please note that if you register without taking the conference dinner option, it will be very difficult to change this once in Paris. If your partner or another relative or friend wish to attend the dinner, you should add 50 euros per person (which is less than half the cost of the dinner) to your registration payment AND you need to mention this in the "special request" section of the registration page. However, please note that the boat can host at most 230 persons and that conference participants will have priority if this limit is reached.

- Other IATUR Member: 160 euros
- Other not IATUR Member: 200 euros

Standard conference fees (1st May - 1st June)
- Student IATUR Member: 150 euros
- Student not IATUR Member: 170 euros
- Other IATUR Member: 210 euros
- Other not IATUR Member: 250 euros

Conference Dinner: + 20 euros

Conference fees can be paid either by bank transfer or by cheque (see details below).

IATUR dues should be paid separately through IATUR.

IATUR DUES:
• US$12.50/€10/£5.75 annually for students, people from developing economies, and those who are not working or otherwise would face challenges with membership
• US$30/€25/£17.50 annually for others
• US$475/€425/£261.00 lifetime membership for people aged 50+
• US$120/€100/£60.50 lifetime membership for people aged 60+
