The conference fee includes two coffee breaks and lunch for the three days of the conference (7-9 July) as well as a welcome reception at the Paris Town Hall (6 July, please note that you need to present an ID (passport, ID card) to access to the City Hall building).

The conference dinner will take place on Thursday July 8th on the Seine river on a cruise Boat. The conference dinner is optional and will cost an extra 20 euros to be paid with the conference fee. Please note that if you register without taking the conference dinner option, it will be very difficult to change this once in Paris. If your partner or another relative or friend wish to attend the dinner, you should add 50 euros per person (which is less than half the cost of the dinner) to your registration payment AND you need to mention this in the "special request" section of the registration page. However, please note that the boat can host at most 230 persons and that conference participants will have priority if this limit is reached.
